Each planter should have three floral design characteristics: A thriller (singular center piece), a filler (colorful blooms that fill the planter) and a spiller (trailing variety that spills over the edge). - Complementary Colors Combinations
When selecting your flower varieties, make sure to tie in various aspects of their colors across the board to create a cohesive flower installation. If the center piece has a particular shade of pink housed within its leaves, tie in the shade elsewhere to promote a cohesive color palette.
